Introducing EJM IT
After working in the Agile space since 2009 Edward J Mason founded EJM IT Consulting in 2014, starting out to help clients resolve their issues managing Scrum and to smooth the delivery process.
His 15 years prior experience as a software engineer made him ideally placed to understand the very specific issues that can arise with Agile processes - as they remain at their heart a primarily software approach. Ignoring those approaches is an issue we continue to see to this day.
While EJM IT has grown and diversified into other areas of the project life-cycle it continues to maintain its focus on real world problems and solutions, to help clients deliver value into production sooner, at a higher and more reliable quality.
We pride ourselves on always taking a professional but friendly, and passionate but pragmatic approach to any situation in order to achieve the best outcomes.
